This forced vaccinations has been into law since Jeb Bush singed in 2003.
I think many have missed the fact that DeSantis made no effort to remove Jeb's addition to the law. Many on this forum do not think forced vaccination by the government is freedom for Florida. Removing this clause in the law provides Florida additional freedom.
During the 2nd 2021 Special Session called by DeSantis, he signed HB 7B which REMOVED this language which was in FL statutes since 2003 (to respond to so called bio-terrorism). Stick a fork in this issue, it's done in Florida.
