EXCLUSIVE! Pembroke Pines F.D. MANDATES Vaccine! Claims of Coersion and Punishment for Those Who Refuse! (READ INTERNAL MEMOS)

By Chris Nelson. March 20, 2021. Pembroke Pines. The Pembroke Pines Fire Department has mandated that all personnel within the department receive the experimental Covid-19 vaccine according at an internal memo from Chief John Picarello obtained exclusively by Free Florida (attached). In the memo, Picarello says the mandate was his idea and the "ultimate and most important goal of mandating the vaccine is to save lives." It also says that "the practice of mandating vaccines is nothing new in our society." There are reports of heavy handed tactics being used on firefighters and personnel who refuse, according to an annonymous source within the department. "It has gotten so bad here. You would not believe it," said the source. "At first 180 of our 250 personnel said no to the vaccine, now it has dwindled to 30 holdouts." The source said this is due to the pressure being put on department personnel to take it. An internal email from Picarello (attached below) reads "All Pembroke Pines Fire Rescue Personnel are required to be vaccinated unless granted an exemption by the City." It continues, "The City deems it a matter of great public importance to advance the Covid-19 vaccination program to the greatest extent permitted by law." According to the source, this "advancement of the program" includes holding promotions, shaming personnel and moving personnel who refuse the shot to less desirable stations. "People are afraid to refuse the vaccine due to fear of retaliation", the source said . "People are taking it under duress out of fear of being skipped for promotions. Morale in the department is the lowest I have seen it." The source said emails are sent to the department listing those who have not been vaccinated. As for Religious and Medical Exemptions, an internal email from Chief Picarello (read below) states, "If they are claiming they do not want to get it because of medical reasons they must attach a doctor's note to their memo." This would have to be approved by the City according to the memo. There are no mentions of Religious Exemptions. According to the source, those who refuse the vaccine are sent to another doctor. "The guy that runs our occupational medicine for the city. He's the one you have to see when you decline the vaccine. You write the memo, then they put you on the famous list which is read at the morning lineup. Then they tell everyone that because of the people named everyone must wear a mask at all times. Then they take you out of your home station and then send you to the bad station. Then you are sent to the doctor to get interrogated." The doctor being referred to is Dr. Robert Fleigelman of Occupational Medical Centers of America in Miramar. In a letter to the department dated February 1, 2021 (attached below) he says he will offer his services free of charge to talk to any fire department personnel refusing the vaccine. "It has been brought to my attention that there is a significant number of Pembroke Pines Firefighters who are not going for the Covid vaccinations being offered by the city," the letter says. "We ALL need to get immunized for ourselves, our families and society as a whole," it continues. The letter openly mocks individuals refusing the experimental vaccine. "Sorry, I forgot about the "fact" that Bill Gates is actually injecting microchips into us," reads Fleigelman's letter. Requests for comments from Pembroke Pines Fire Chief John Picarello and Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank C. Ortis have not been returned as of today. All cited documents can be viewed in whole below.

  • The hold outs need to go to thehirewire.com and seek free legal counsel. Shouldn’t the union be fighting for them also? Great write up Chris!

  • If I am not in error, an employer cannot require its employees to take an unapproved "vaccine". Even if it were FDA approved, any employee in his/her right mind would and should decline it. For some reason, I am willing to wager that the powers that be within Pembroke Pines Fire Department will not take the "vaccine" themselves.

  • This is not entirely accurate. Nobody has been withheld a promotion, nor have they threatened to do so. In fact, when asked about it specifically, administration said they would never do that. "Send you to a bad station"? Also not accurate. First of all, there are no bad stations. Secondly, they moved people that were not vaccinated to stations where they could be together in order to send one truck, instead of multiple trucks, to meet with our department doctor so he could speak to them. It's worth noting that this is a temporary deal. Just for a shift. Your source is a coward to remain anonymous. He or she is not getting their way so they are crying to you. Our department has gone out of their way to make this process as easy for the personnel as possible. Whether you agree with vaccination or not, they have the best intentions. Safety for the combat firefighter in Pembroke Pines is always a priority.

Employees should not be coerced to get a vaccine period. Any explanation about how "gently" compliance is achieved is moot.

Somebody claiming to be w the Pembroke Pines Fire Rescue Department has commented on FreeFlorida.me on my recent story on their mandatory vaccination policy. They criticize my source for remaining anonymous, yet this person also remains anonymous. Whoever this individual is, here is my reply. First, the whistleblower who came to me is BRAVE yet terrified of what may happen if they are named. This person is NOT a coward and did not "come crying to me" as you say. Chief John Picarello is the coward for using intimidation tactics to scare his personnel into silence on this issue. His decision to strip these brave firefighter's freedom choice in this matter is disgusting. His arrogant attitude is revealed when he says "I don't think I need it" is not an acceptable answer" to refusing the shot. Also telling the officers they must use their own sick leave if they refuse the experimental treatment yet become sick indicates his hostility toward those who question him. This is NO WAY to treat these heroes! As for this this department doctor you speak of. Would this be Robert Fleigelman? If so I have published his letter where he openly admits to having an agenda and mocks people who do not wish to participate in this experiment. He makes his views perfectly clear when he says "we ALL need to get immunized for society as a whole". I notice that your message does not deny that these brave men and women who refuse the shot are being segregated. This backs up what my source is telling me. I think you are panicking because the light of day is being shined on what you are doing to these brave men and women. Better buy some sunblock.

  • I would love to have some names of the firefighters taking a stand, as we have fire fighters facing the same thing here in Sarasota. I wonder if they combined forces, if it would be easier to fight together. Please let me know!

  • Do not take the killer vaccine. If enough of the firefighters resist this and sue their department for illegal actions, this will halt this crap now! Remember once you take the jab you can never ever get whatever poison is in there out of your system. No paycheck is worth that.
